Every covered place has a page of its own here, each carrying the build era that predicts what the lateral beneath it is made of. Calls route on the ZIP code given on the telephone, and a ZIP nobody covers is said so during the call.

TrenchPoint is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands. Every state page sets out who licenses plumbers there and where to check, so you can confirm before work begins. We do not perform excavation or repair, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call.

We route calls in 4,387 towns across 38 states, plus a further 906 places that sit inside ZIP areas we cover without having a page of their own. Each state page lists both.

Coverage is by ZIP code, not by city limit, so the honest test is whether your ZIP is on the list rather than whether your town is named. Call and we will tell you either way.
